Introducing Joe Sutherland, E-Commerce and Revenue

I’ve been in Phuket for around nine
years. I started work as an English teacher
at the JW Marriott and was introduced
to hospitality that way. I then worked at
Acadaia and then Hilton Arcadia and then
finally moved over the Crowne Plaza and
changed into sales and marketing when
Moevenpick came in.
After that, I went to Hotel Travel and
then started my own small online OTA
specializing in luxury villa rentals. I have
just joined Serenity as the E-Commerce
and Revenue Manager and am having a
great time here with Urs and the team.
