Chef Wutttisak started his stellar career over 20 years ago and has worked in Britain, Japan and all over Thailand particularly around the Andaman region where he is known as something of a culi-nary star.
Chef Wuttisak says about the new etHo’ s: “We of-fer excellent Mediterranean faire cooked with the
finest produce sourced from Thailand and all over the world. We go to whichever markets offer the best in class for any particular ingredient such as local Andaman seafood and fish, the late King’s Project for organic vegetables and herbs, Australia for beef and lamb, France for cold-water shellfish and oysters, Italy for red prawns, Canada for lob-sters and Japan for chicken and so on.
Our intention is to set the benchmark for fine din-ing complemented by service, design and stun-ning sea views, not to mention stunning views of our lovely, well-trained waitresses!”
