The extensive buffet line is manned by friendly and professional staff and offers several live cooking sta-tions showcasing mouth-watering dishes including the famous Pad Thai, a very popular choice among diners. Next to the Pad Thai is grilled duck and chicken, Chinese style, with a choice of dipping sauces; black soya sauce and chilli is really good.
Neighbouring the Chinese grills are the street noodles with four types of noodles to choose from. It’s simple and easy, but Bubble Restuarant
upgrades the lot by using premium ingredients and a perfect cooking recipe.
The buffet starts at 6.00pm allowing you to enjoy the view over of the crystal clear swimming pool while choosing your favourite seafood platter, such as the steamed blue crabs and Phuket prawns, caught fresh from the Andaman Sea.

New Zealand oysters, Prawn Avocado Salad, and Tuna Salad with
Lemongrass Dressing will be your go-to appetizers. The tuna meat is cooked to medium-rare keeping a soft texture that blends well with the mild spiciness and herbs of the Thai salad.
Now, here comes my favourite spot; the Japanese star, Sashimi platters that feature fresh cut tuna, salmon and octopus. A selection of sushi with different toppings is also made fresh right next to the sashimi.
If you prefer your seafood to be grilled, you will enjoy the next station a lot. The seafood bar showcases fresh blue crabs, chub mackerel, big fat river prawns, and squids, all of which can be cooked alongside chicken, beef and pork Satay.
I’m also a big fan of Indian food and Bubble Restaurant made a remarkable chicken tandoori and garlic naan. The scent of the marinade used for the chicken is not too strong and gives the right taste when taken with a small portion of the thin naan and topped with some green chutney sauce. Very tasty!
Don’t forget your classics of Thai cuisine with an expansive selection of food heaven, such as green curry, stir fried mixed vegetable, sweet ’n’ sour fish, and Phuket’s famous Moo Hong (a melt-in-the-mouth steamed pork belly served in sweet brown gravy).
A great meal can never end without a dessert and Bubble Restaurant has all bases covered with banana and pineapple fritters; the hot crunchy
