Boathouse Wine and Grill – Extensive Refurbishment and New Features

Master Chef Jean-Noel Lumineau is one of only 300 Master Chefs in the World from the highly distinguished French Association of Master Chefs “Maitre-Cuisinier de France – and the only one in Thailand. After being a guest chef at Mom Tri’s in 2008, he then permanently moved to Thailand and has been at the restaurant ever since.
The spacious new Wine Cellar proudly displays 800 labels and is managed by Wine Director George Ciret. The resort has won numerous Wine Spectator and Restaurant Awards since 1995 and was the first winner of the Wine Spectator’s “Best of Award of Excellence’ in Thailand in 2006, and ever since.
