On 5 October, 2018 –The Pavilions Phuket’s New Zealand Wine and Food Showcase on 5 October was hailed a huge success by over 110 guests in attendance as they celebrated the launch of new Schubert Wine vintages to the island, thanks to Global Wines, paired with New Zealand cuisine at Firefly Pool and restaurant.
The event marks the start of new and exciting experiences coming to the resort, with new Culinary Director, Executive Chef Rey, and new General Manager, Conor O’Leary, joining the team to drive this mission.
