Throughout this high season at Hyatt Regency Phuket Resort, join the “What a WonderFOOD World” Buffet at The Pool House Restaurant, every Monday & Friday between 06.30 – 09.30 p.m. Featuring live cooking and food stations presented by Executive Chef Mario and his talented team of chefs, the international buffet showcases their specialist cuisines with a focus on Thai, Chinese, Italian and Indian. Priced at THB 999++ per person, there are also additional ‘on the spot purchases’ to enhance the evening.

Start your evening in style with cocktail specials at Tahta’s Pop-Up Bar, including Thai Mojito, Indian Mango Chili Margarita, Chinese Moutai whiskey and Italian Aperol spritz (just THB 300++ per cocktail). An incredible “Pour Your Own Wine” buffet at an additional THB 1,500++ per person features a selection of sparkling, white, red and rose choices from Italy, Australia, Chili and South Africa.

The Italian’s Do “Cook” it better food station by Chef Mario features a signature pizza selection fresh from the pizza oven and live cooking SPAGHETTI “Aglio olio e pepperoncino”. The back yard BBQ by Chef Krit includes squid, BBQ pork ribs, “Gai Satay”- Chicken Satay with peanut sauce and crispy pork belly. Guests can enjoy a selection of sauces, potatoes and salads alongside BBQ tiger prawns (additional THB 250++ each) and 100g Angus beef tenderloin (additional THB 450++ each). The Amazing! “Flavors of” Thailand by Chef Saluay Sotawong features Thai favorites and a live “Phad Thai” cooking station, while the Incredible! “Cuisine of” India by Chef Hans Raj features vegetable samosa, Paneer tikka and chicken masala, mutton biryani and assorted Indian
breads, vegetable raita and condiments. The great “food” of China by Chef Jackrit has a selection of Chinese dishes including “Peek Gai Low Dang” deep fried chicken wings with Chinese BBQ sauce, wok-fried fish and bell peppers with sweet-sour sauce, stir fried beef with onion, bell pepper and spring onion in a black pepper sauce and special Chinese fried rice. The dessert station by Chef Sutthinon Kongprasom will satisfy those with a sweet tooth with such favorites as Crème Brule, Pandan cake, Chocolate tart, “Gluay Buad Chee” Bananas in coconut milk and sliced tropical fruits with a selection of ice-cream in a cone.

Sourcing seasonal, sustainable and Halal products freshly from the local market, The Pool House restaurant serves flavorsome comfort foods in a variety of Thai and International cuisines.
