The delightful sunny Sunday was fulfilled with a long list of surf ‘n turf buffet items that offer premium quality combined with delicious flavor.

The highlight of the day that no one should miss was the station of giant lobsters topped with Raclette cheese. The fresh lobster meat that was cooked to perfection mixed well with the richness of this unique cheese; it was unbeatable!

Foir Points Sunday Brunch - 001At the grill station, we had some delicious bites of grilled and well-seasoned Canadian lobsters and scallops as well as grilled salmon with white wine sauce, lamb chops, and tender beef steaks in tasty gravy sauce.

Seafood on ice has always been one of our most favorite stations. Here, they offer fresh oysters, rock lobsters, flower crabs, prawns, black mussels, and giant mud crabs. The sea delicacies were impressively fresh so just a little touch of lime or Thai seafood dip is more than enough.

Another all-time favorite station for us is the cold cuts and cheese. We were pleased by their fine quality of products they use, including the prosciutto carving station. Pairing them all with a glass of white wine is simply pampering!

The sushi and sashimi bar is an unforgettable one, too. We enjoyed the fresh slices of free flow salmon and tuna so much.

Foir Points Sunday Brunch - 002Right from the table, we were impressed by the crispy pork cooked with a Chinese recipe that was served by the chef who passed around with his trolley and sliced your preferred pieces and portions.

At the traditional and local corner, we were welcomed by Phuket dim sum, served hot from the wooden bowl, alongside a noodle station where you can choose between pork and beef soup.

The desserts station is another must-go. The chocolate fountain is a heaven for sweet teeth while the cakes are all really yummy. The sponges were soft and moist with flavorful cream and toppings. The blueberry and strawberry cheesecakes are rich and mellow.
